Here's the belated testimonial I'm happy to write for you.
I was nervous about ordering over the Internet but was reassured
by the quality of your web-site and the fact that communication
was speedy and sincere. My order was rather unusual and I really
appreciate that you went out of your way to find the tartan material
I wanted. The fact that it was for a rather large gentleman didn't
hold you back either making it entirely made-to-measure for him.
I was also concerned that my order would have to be shipped overseas
and that we were working on a deadline. I needn't have worried.
The bow-tie and cummerbund set were beautifully made and looked
brilliant on my American friend at the St Andrew's Night Ball.
Jeff and Valerie I can't thank you enough for providing a service
that goes above and beyond the average level of customer service.
You most definitely get my vote for customer satisfaction and
I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone overseas
